GENERAL RULES FOR ALL APARTMENTS
- Minimum rental period 6 months.
- Our prices are final prices – there are no brokerage fees or hidden costs. Included are the ancillary costs (heating, electricity, water, Internet etc.) the currently valid value-added tax as well as 1 x bed linen, 2 small and 2 large towels (per person booked,on arrival).
- Cleaning for a fee is obligatory (must be booked with the reservation) and includes a change of linen by our housekeeper (see options available: 2 x per month or weekly).
- Additional cleaning of the apartment and/or change of bed linen and towels is possible on request / for a fee.
- One-off deposit payment before the start of the rental period: 500,- € ,valid for all apartments. Refunds / settlement takes place after termination of the rental agreement.
- "Wohnungsgeberbestaetigung" in Hamburg is required
TERMS OF PAYMENT
- Make convenient and secure payment by bank transfer or
- Payment at time of booking / or 14 days before arrival:
+ Rental costs for the 1st month
+ Cleaning fee for the 1st month
+ Booking fee
+ Final cleaning fee
+ Deposit - Payments during your stay at the end of the rental month:
+ Rental costs for the 2nd month, 3rd month and so on.
+ Cleaning fee for each month
CANCELLATION POLICY
- cancellation is possible free of charge up to 4 weeks before the start of the rental period.
- During the rental period there is a 4 week period of notice to the 15th of the month or to the end of the month.
- Cancellations must be made in writing.
