Each apartment features a bathroom. In the XXL apartments (10 and 15), the bathroom is separate from the toilet. Apartment 10a has a balcony.

InformationWhat you should also know

  • Minimum rental period: 3 months
  • Our prices are all-inclusive—no brokerage fees or hidden costs. Utilities (heating, electricity, water, internet, etc.) are included.
  • Security deposit before the start of the lease: a one-time payment of €500, applicable to all apartments. Refund/settlement occurs after the termination of the lease.
  • Landlord confirmation of residence (Wohnungsgeberbestätigung) according to § 19 of the Federal Act on Registration (BMG) is required.

  • Pay conveniently and securely via bank transfer or PayPal
  • Payment upon booking or 14 days before arrival:
    + 1st month’s rent
    + Cleaning fee for the 1st month
    + Booking fee
    + Final cleaning fee
    + Security deposit
  • Payments during the stay at the turn of the rental month:
    + Rent for the 2nd month, 3rd month, etc.
    + Cleaning fee for the respective month

  • Cancellations are free of charge up to 6 weeks before the start of the lease.
  • During the rental period, a 6-week notice period to the end of the month applies.
  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
